Tavern On 1st is a professional cocktail program, located in the Raymond Rose building within Birmingham's Historic Loft District. The classically inspired cocktail menu changes with the seasons and includes interpretation of many pre-Prohibition Era favorites, along with several contemporary drinks created by members of their team. This is a great venue to do team building or take a class on how to make these wonderful cocktails.
